Tax Filing and Preparation Services

Some complex returns require additional fees. We will give a firm quote after reviewing your documents from a prior year.

Bookkeeping and Financial Statements

 

As a business owner you have more important things to do than to keep your own books.  We take care of your books for you, so you can get back to the job of running your business and generating profits.


Fees


Although fees can vary, depending upon the clients needs, the following prices are typical:


  • $300 per month - monthly average revenue is $0-9,999.


  • $500 per month - monthly average revenue is $10,000-$39,999.


  • $750 per month - monthly average revenue is $40,000-$59,999.


  • $900 per month - monthly average revenue is $60,000-$79,999.


  • $1250 per month - monthly average revenue is $80,000-$99,999.


  • $1500 per month - monthly average revenue is $100,000-$120,000.


Each month we will provide you with the following services and documents:


  • Reconcile your bank account(s) and credit card account(s).
  • Generate and review the Income Statement
  • Generate and review the Balance Sheet.
  • Generate General Journal.
  • Clean up your general ledger.
  • Provide free consultations for bookkeeping


These tasks form the solid foundation of your small business accounting system. You can customize the package of services you receive by adding payroll, tax planning, tax preparation, or any of our other services.


Financial Statements


Balance sheets, along with income statements, are the most basic elements in providing financial reporting to potential lenders such as banks, investors, and vendors who are considering how much credit to grant you.


Maintaining a Clean General Ledger


The general ledger is the core of your company’s financial records. These records constitute the central “books” of your system. Since every transaction flows through the general ledger, a problem with your general ledger throws off all your books.

Just send us your employee’s pay information and we do the rest – We compute all tax deductions (federal, state, local), commissions, bonuses, pre-tax deductions, etc.


Fees 


$55 per pay period plus $5 per employee per pay period past 3 employees.


For example, a company with 5 employees, paying semi-monthly, would pay $130 per month ($55 x 2 pay periods plus $5 x 2 employees past 3)


Checks/Direct Deposits – Want paychecks mailed to you? Direct deposits to your employees’ bank accounts? – Your choice.


Payroll Taxes


We prepare and file all required Federal and State payroll tax returns on your behalf. We can also impound all payroll taxes and pay them for you when due, so you don’t have to think about it. And best of all, this is all included when you sign up for our payroll service.

Form C-3 is the Texas Workforce Employers Quarterly Report for Unemployment.  *Form W-2/3 is up to 3 employees and $5.00 per additional employee.
